Context

Small and mid-size carriers still run status, assignments and tire state in chat and Excel. Trucks leave with a worn envelope, missions have no single source of truth, and drivers do not need the whole yard — only their runs.

Objective

Give exploitation, the workshop and the cab one system: assign driver, tractor and trailer, keep status on the road, and surface maintenance that is calculated before departure.

Solution

A React SPA on a REST API, with JWT roles for admin and driver, and MongoDB for users, vehicles, tires and trips. Demo data seeds a Maghreb fleet on first start — no signup. Three surfaces, one loop: Affecter, Conduire, Piloter. Leaflet maps show schedule-based position between departure and arrival. Reports export CSV. A critical mounted tire blocks departure.

Product

FleetTrack is an operations product for small and mid-size carriers in the Maghreb and Europe. Trucks, trailers, tires, missions and the workshop share one register: the dispatcher composes a run, the driver updates status and mileage from the cab, and maintenance is calculated from mileage, time or a worn envelope — not typed into a spreadsheet. The product has three surfaces: a French marketing site with a one-click demo, an admin workspace (parc, pneus, trajets, planning, map follow-up, reports, atelier), and a driver portal limited to assigned trips. Follow-up is estimated from the planned timetable, not live GPS hardware.
